Plus adds one physician-reviewed refill each month, sent to your pharmacy. Max adds a monthly one-to-one video visit and priority replies.

Alive MD sits between appointments. It's built for the questions that come up in ordinary life, not for emergencies and not as a replacement for your primary care physician.

Alive MD is a subscription membership for non-emergency clinical support and does not replace your primary care physician. Prescription and refill decisions are made solely by a licensed physician after clinical review; controlled substances are not prescribed. Services are available only where our clinicians are licensed.
